This morning we are expecting rain, so I'm taking some time out from my usual running around to regroup and organize. I am still reeling from some major life changes in the past 18 months, and I really need some time to get my bearings. Getting used to life in a small apartment with no outdoor space. I miss sitting out in my garden- but I garden for a living, so I spend plenty of time in other gardens. Still, a quiet, solitary cup of coffee in a garden of one's own is priceless.
The up side of downsizing is having less responsibility, more time for myself, and a short walk to the beach. Life is sweet, and I plan to enjoy every minute.
